Online prayer listing & email prayer request listserve

Dear Friends,

In response to many requests from St. Nick's communicants and friends, we are pleased to announce the creation of the St. Nicholas Church "Virtual Prayer Circle," an online prayer listing and automatic email prayer request notification service.

The Virtual Prayer Circle is located at our GiveUsThisDay.org webpage, which also hosts our Daily Bread subscription service (a virtual version of Forward Day By Day).

Here's How It Will Work:

+ To View The Prayer List Manually: Go to www.giveusthisday.org and click on [Virtual Prayer Circle].

+ To Subscribe To The Prayer Circle (To Receive Email Prayer Notification): Go to www.giveusthisday.org and click on [Subscribe].

+ To Post a Prayer Request To The Prayer List: Email your prayer request to prayercircle@giveusthisday.org.

To avoid spam (and spurious prayer requests), all posts to the mailing list will be checked prior to being forwarded on to subscribers.

There may be a few of you out there who want to request prayers the old fashioned way. Those who wish for the human touch may call in your requests for prayers to either the Church Office, Jim Sturges (Congregational Care Coordinator), or me.

In Christ's love,
Ken+
